Cold foot baths constrict blood vessels, reduce pain and reduce inflammation.

At the same time, the effective mask is quite possible to do without leaving the kitchen. Around ingrown nail (the early stages) is recommended daily bath of chamomile: 6 tablespoons of flowers pour 2 liters of boiling water, cover with a lid and infuse for 1 hour. The strained infusion is heated again and kept it in the legs until the water has cooled. For the bath it is recommended to use a decoction (boil 10 minutes). The procedure takes 15 minutes. After drying, carefully separated part of the nail from the tissue and enclose a small cotton swab soaked with tincture of iodine.

Foot care includes and pedicures. How to do pedicure?
Pedicure should be done in summer and winter, at least once a month. To start the pedicure follows with soaking your feet for 10-20 minutes in a hot bath with the addition of a small amount of soap, 1 teaspoon of ammonia and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
