- sugar – 50 g;
- cheese 210 g;
- baking powder - 10 g;
- munk – 60 g;
- raisins – 20 g;
Cooking
Raisins preferably pre-soak it in hot water. Egg whisk with sugar and semolina and leave to swell a little. Banana and cottage cheese mash with a fork or interrupting a blender. Mix all ingredients and fry pancakes as usual and cook in the oven. Serve with sour cream, jam or honey.
