Components:

  • sifted flour - 525 g;
  • purified water 495 ml;
  • chicken eggs - 2;
  • sugar - 85 g;
  • fresh yeast - 25 g;
  • sunflower oil - 70 ml;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sunflower oil - 140 ml.

Cooking

To activate the yeast mix them with warm clean water and leave for about twenty minutes in the heat.

Over time you add to the yeast mixture the sifted flour and leave for another forty minutes in the warmth for fermentation.

During this time, whisk eggs until fluffy, gradually adding all the sugar, a pinch of salt and sunflower oil.

In the dough pour in the egg mixture, stir and give another thirty minutes to infuse.

Now start to fry the pancakes instead of mixing yeast dough, and gradually taking it out of the bowl with a spoon and put in warmed up the oil in a pan.

After the product browned on both sides, lay them on a dish and serve, adding sour cream or other additives to your taste.

How to cook fluffy pancakes on mineral water and soda?

Lush structure fritters can be achieved without the participation of the yeast. We recommend you to try out the recipe of the products on mineral carbonated water with soda.

Components:

  • sifted flour - 525 g;
  • sparkling mineral water 495 ml;
  • sugar - 80 g;
  • vanilla - pinch;
  • baking soda - 5 grams;
  • vinegar - 15 ml;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sunflower oil - 140 ml.

Cooking

To implement the ideas pour into a bowl of carbonated water, add a pinch of salt and sugar and stir and mix to dissolve all crystals.

Now, throw in a sweet liquid vanilla and quenched with vinegar, baking soda, sift flour and break the lumps.

The dough should get thick and the consistency to remind fat sour cream.

Start frying products immediately, laying out a little dough with a spoon warm the oil in a pan.
