- flour - 125 g;
- starch - 45 g;
- mineral water 655 ml;
- lemon juice - 15 ml;
- soda - 1 tsp.
During the preparation of dough for pancakes on the mineral water easier and faster to use blender, it is enough to throw all the ingredients into a bowl, press a button and shoot down. If no blender, you can pour mineral water in a mixture of starch and flour (preferably gradually to avoid lumps), then add hydrated soda, and then whisk. Depending on what toppings you intend to put in a pancake, you can add a little salt or sugar in the dough.
Pancakes on the mineral water and milk – recipe
These pancakes are not only prepared with milk, their distinctive feature is the presence of coffee in the test, thanks to which they acquire a pleasant taste.
- instant coffee - 1 1/2 tbsp;
- sugar - 15 g;
- sparkling water - 75 ml;
- milk - 185 ml;
- flour - 115 g;
- eggs - 2;
- butter - 35 g.
Slightly warm the milk, just so it was easier to dissolve the coffee and sugar crystals. Separately whisk the eggs together with the melted butter. Mix egg mixture with milk and pour in carbonated water. Gently mix the liquid with the flour, trying to avoid the formation of lumps. After, leave the dough to stand for half an hour and then proceed with the preparation, pre-slightly pancake pan.
