We offer simple but interesting recipes for pancakes with fillings, you can apply and during the week, and for the holiday table. Also, fasting for vegetarians - introducing meatless version of the dish.
Dough recipe for pancakes with filling
- milk – 500 ml;
- eggs – 3;
- sugar – 25 g;
- flour – 280-320g;
- refined vegetable oil – 35 ml;
- salt – 5 gr.
Whisk eggs with salt and sugar using a mixer or whisk until smooth, then add warm milk and beat again. Now gradually we pour the sifted flour and stir with a whisk. Getting the dough consistency, as liquid cream, stop adding flour, pour oil and stir.
Traditionally bake pancakes in a hot pan before baking grease it with oil. Next you can bake pancakes on a dry pan, since the dough is already present in the oil.
Pancakes with filling of chicken and mushrooms
- pancakes are ready;
- mushrooms – 250 g;
- chicken fillet – 250 g;
- onions – 25 g;
- the green onion;
- cream – 75 ml;
- cheese – 55 g;
- salt – to taste;
- ground black pepper – to taste.
First wash chicken, pour salted water and cook until tender over moderate heat. Then allow cooling and cutting into small cubes.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the pancakes using the recipe above.
Cleaned and cut into small cubes onion fry in refined oil for five minutes. Then lay the pre-washed and chopped mushrooms and fry until evaporation of liquid and light Browning.
